We have found a local oyster vendor who will bring us fresh oysters
The patio bar should be perfect for this
Our goal is to serve shucked oysters by the dozen
Either steamed or raw

We will have plenty of ice, drawn butter, cocktail sauce, Saltines, hot sauce, horseradish & lemons
This is a trial run for serving food of this type, so space will be limited to the patio bar and while the supply lasts
If this event goes well, we hope to further explore this idea and repeat it quickly
However our first priority is to do this well and in compliance with our food license
There will only be one shucker for this event and limited to patio only
